How the number works

The package price includes labor and materials up to a written allowance. You are not shopping a la carte unless you add a line.

A vanity wider than 36" adds a paint charge by the foot. Extra LVP beyond a standard hall bath is priced by the square foot.

If the floor is soft, the pan has failed, or the shower has to move, we stop calling it a refresh and quote a remodel.

Starter is $500 when we book. Larger packages: 50% to schedule, balance at walk-through. Special-order vanity, top, or glass is paid before we order it.
