Four refresh packages

Turnkey for a standard hall or guest bath: labor plus materials up to a written allowance. Anything above the allowance is a separate line. Plumbing stays where it is.

Not included: moving the toilet or shower, a new shower pan, glass in a new opening, a full gut.

Full Cosmetic

  • Everything in Fixture & Vanity, with higher-grade fixtures

  • Quartz-look vanity top

  • New toilet

  • Shower door or panel in the existing opening

From $5,795

3–5 days

Not included: tub-to-shower conversion, Onyx walls, a new wet wall, or a curbless / ADA shower. That is a remodel.

How the number works

  • The package price includes labor and materials up to a written allowance. You are not shopping a la carte unless you add a line.

  • A vanity wider than 36" adds a paint charge by the foot. Extra LVP beyond a standard hall bath is priced by the square foot.

  • If the floor is soft, the pan has failed, or the shower has to move, we stop calling it a refresh and quote a remodel.

  • Starter is $500 when we book. Larger packages: 50% to schedule, balance at walk-through. Special-order vanity, top, or glass is paid before we order it.

  • The layout still works

  • Plumbing stays put

  • The tub or shower unit is sound

  • You want days, not weeks

  • The budget is under a full conversion

This is a remodel

  • Moving the toilet or shower

  • Tub-to-shower conversion

  • Failed pan or soft floor

  • New wet wall or curbless shower

  • Onyx walls or a walk-in tub
